Brendan and Vanessa will both meet with you to discuss your ideas and your budget. For many of us a limited budget is a reality that we have to face. This is where having a builder involved in the design process can be a real asset. Brendan’s practical knowledge is used to help keep the design process on track. Before the plans are completed they will be costed to make sure they are still on budget.

Your input is welcomed – indeed it is essential- during the design process. Many clients have valuable knowledge of sustainable products or materials, and all have a unique perspective of how a home should function to suit their purposes.

For clients who want to improve the energy efficiency of their home.
Many older homes are not designed along passive solar principles, some are very energy un-efficient! There are a range of improvements possible to suit a range of budgets, for example sealing windows and doors, adding insulation, construction of shade structures, adding windows. We visit your existing home and discuss your needs and budget, make suggestions and present our ideas in a written report. This report will be complete with price guides for the various options discussed for improving your home.
