When the width of your house block restricts you from aligning the long axis of your home North-South for more North sun penetration, our narrow Southerly designs enable you to still experience the benefits of good passive solar design! There are Gable and Skillion roofline options and a variety of claddings to choose from.

Our smaller ‘Southerlies’ have outdoor zones with protection from the hot afternoon sun, the larger family-sized design incorporates a protected courtyard area that increases the North face living area of the home.  There is the option to include a covered outdoor area and the in-built carport can be substituted for an enclosed garage.
